1) Via bank wire or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)


You can make your payments via these methods to any of our company’s bank accounts.


2) Via your credit cards on our website


You can use single payment with any type of credit card you have or via our Bambora online payment services. You can pay in installments via Klarna if you wish. In online payments, the relevant amount will be withdrawn from your credit card after you have placed your order. Refunds will be made to your credit card within 3 business days on account of possible cancellation of orders or stock problems.

3) Refund orders

In the event that your order is cancelled; Norpakke Ordinary Partnership will refund the price of the product to your account and/or credit card within 3 business days. However, you need to submit your bank account and/or credit card information to our company’s finance executives correctly and completely.  

In special edition orders, if your order is cancelled in the next 24 hours and it has been proceeded to the production phase, cancellation of the order is not accepted. Therefore, refunds cannot be made.

4) Delivery


If the products you order are in stock, we try to send them via cargo within the same day. Shipping delivery time for the products that take time to supply is 3-7 days as specified in the product detail. You will be notified in the event of a delay in the delivery.

In your special edition orders, deadline for delivery is 50 days by sea (via ships) while it is 20 days by land.

Please state the address of your location you are residing within the day as the delivery address for the delivery to be completed without any interruptions. 

Your requests will be put into process for the purpose of being prepared according to delivery type that you have chosen at the end of your order. Product will be shipped via Posten or Bring from our company which is based in Oslo. Your orders will be delivered to the courier company in 2 (two) business days at the latest after your orders are confirmed.

You can consult to our customer representative about different delivery conditions. Moreover, shipping deliveries are only valid for Europe and Scandinavia.

5) Payment tracking

If the relevant system is unable to process the transaction on any cause, our visitor will be informed about this situation after proceeding to the payment page.

Customers are contacted regarding the orders that are not delivered due to an error in the specified address.

The validity of the e-mail address specified by our visitor is being confirmed via automatic e-mail sent after the submitting the order. 

In terms of ensuring a successful delivery, we share the equal amount of responsibility we have towards our customers as we have against the bank, we use its credit card system.    

Attention please!

Please open and check the packages you believe are damaged during delivery in front of the company official you receive them from. If you think that there are any damages on the product, do not receive the product by having the courier company official take a statement down. 

It is regarded that the courier company had fulfilled their duty completely after the product is received.

If the product is damaged: Please notify the situation by sending the statement you have written to the e-mail address of post@norpakke.no as soon as possible.

If you have completed these transactions, we will try to re-deliver your product as soon as possible by starting on the transactions regarding your package.

You will be helping us in our work regarding your products if you explain to us in this e-mail why you want to return the product.
