Do your products have warranty?


Warranties of all the products you buy from Norpakke.no are determined according to the article set out in the consumer rights law. According to the content of this article, manufacturing and exporting companies must prepare a certificate of warranty with a ministerial approval for the industrial goods they import, or manufacture and the guarantee period will start as of the invoice date of the product. 

Norpakke.no does not have a technical service. You need to submit your defective product to the nearest technical service you can find in the certificate of warranty or user’s manual included in the product content.

The period for detecting the cause of defection will be shortened if you send a note along with its invoice indicating the cause of defection when you submit your defective product. 

What are the usage errors that fall within non-warranty situations?

The following situations are outside the scope of warranty: Defections arising out of electricity and customer’s use (i.e. electricity cut, voltage fluctuation, assembling an accessory that do not belong to the machine or not using the accessories that must be assembled or used), any interventions made in the warranted product by a technical service other than the authorized service, labels being damaged on the products with a warrant label, defections caused by cracks, scratches, etc. formed on the exterior surface of the device, defections caused by usage in dusty, humid, extremely hot or cold environments, defections caused by natural disasters such as flood, fire, earthquake, stroke of lighting, etc.

Return Conditions

1.You can return the product you have purchased within 14 days as of the time of delivery from the cargo by applying to norpakke.no! within the scope of the conditions below. Within this framework, for the products you will return, only the shipment fee will be paid by the other party returning the product.   

2.The promotional products or products with sales campaigns given as a gift in respect of the product you will return must be returned at the same time as well.  

3.Following are the products in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised:

·Products that cannot be returned by nature,

·Products prepared directly upon customers’ requests or upon their personal needs,

·Periodicals such as newspapers, magazines

·Products which go out of order quickly or products whose shelf life might expire,

·Printed products (Magazines, etc.)

4.In order to accept returns for the purchased products within the “Right of Withdrawal”, the product must be submitted in full and in its original box along with its invoice and all the other complementary accessories without any damage. In addition, the packaging inside the product must not be damaged as well. Otherwise, the refund request will be denied. If there are factors that will affect the re-sale of the product, product refund will not be accepted.
